Location is very good. Seaside avenue is outside the doors. Nice beach is also very near. Evening time seaside promenade is amazing. You can reach city center and train station by bus. 1 week in this apartment was really pleasure. Apatments is really nice and have good soundproofing

Seaside avenue is new and nice, but not too clean and noisy in the evenings.
