Spent full 6 hours in the street cause the landlord sent me a wrong entrance code and I couldn’t get into my room. Was calling him, email him directly, email booking…. It was a cold winter day and I’ve ended spending a great amount of money I nearby bars and restaurants waiting …someone finally text me back (still being in rude disbelief that such a mistake could have occurred) ….no compensation or even a chocolate treat as lousy attempt for making this “flop” a bit more easier to pass trough the thoughts.
