Antonello was very welcoming and informative when we arrived. The location is good for visiting the old town and there are a number of cafes, bars and supermarkets close by. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped (mugs for tea!) and spotlessly clean.

Die Alt und -Neustadt in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft für 60 Cent/Stunde. Kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze etwa 300-400 meter entfernt. Antonello der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben wo man gut essen kann, was man besichtigen kann. Er hat uns alles auf einer Karte gezeigt.

The apartment was on the 4th floor with two great sized bedrooms a large bathroom and fully stocked kitchen. The elevator made it easy to go up and down. The location was close to many amenities and a short walk to old town where there are wonderful restuarants. We did not have any issues with parking as there seem to be a spot open every time we went out and back. The hosts were great, kept in touch and offered a myriad of information. We would definitely stay again.

Tutto: hosts estremamente accoglienti, precisi e disponibili, alloggio particolarmente pulito, dotato di ogni necessità e situato in una posizione comodissima (a meno di 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e completamente circondato da servizi e negozi)

Siamo stati ben accolti dal signor Antonello, che si è dimostrato gentilissimo e ci ha fornito tante informazioni. L'appartamento era pulitissimo, in linea con quello che ci aspettavamo dalla descrizione.

Suite spacieuse, située au 4e étage avec ascenseur, bien conçue et bien équipée. Literie confortable. Le propriétaire a récemment investi dans des portes-fenêtres à triple vitrage qui assurent une bonne isolation phonique du côté de la rue, dans un quartier par ailleurs plutôt calme. La vue est ouverte et porte loin au-delà d'une charmante petite place où se tient un petit marché hebdomadaire de fruits et légumes. La situation , sans être centrale, est intéressante par sa proximité du centre historique. Il n'y a pas de petit-déjeuner, mais les bars et bonnes pâtisseries ne manquent pas à proximité immédiate. Le stationnement dans la rue ne pose pas de problème particulier et plusieurs places pour handicapés sont disponibles. Antonello est un hôte sympathique, ouvert, disponible et serviable.

L'entrée de l'immeuble peut paraître un peu rebutante, mais sitôt arrivé à l'étage, l'atmosphère change et on se sent immédiatement à l'aise en arrivant. L'insonorisation de la paroi jouxtant l'appartement mitoyen est perfectible, mais le propriétaire en est conscient et a déjà mis en oeuvre une solution qu'il compte compléter.

El departamento nos encantó: estaba impecable, muy cómodo, decorado con buen gusto y en una excelente ubicación. La atención de Antonello fue excelente. ¡Una estadía para recomendar y repetir!
