Tranquil location in the fields. Beautiful garden around the property

Pretty run down old rooms and facilities. The photos are misleading! We stayed in the villa, which clearly has once been beautiful and a very special place. Now it's run down, moldy and not maintained or cleaned. It's also a bit of a swampy place which means that everything quickly gets damp and there are tons of mosquitoes. There's mold, spiders, dust and the facilities are falling apart (heating function of the a/c not working, etc.). The staff was friendly and brought us a portable heater. The breakfast was also not great and very small. It feels like the place is run at the bare minimum and no money is spent to maintain it. Considering the relatively high price of the rooms I'd definitely say it's very poor value for money.
