Proprietaria simpatica e super disponibile, pulizia e posizione ottime

Wir haben in "a casa Di Alli" in Palermo übernachtet und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders positiv ist die Zentrum nahe Lage – viele Orte sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ein kleiner Punkt zur Verbesserung wäre die Duschkabine, die etwas renovierungsbedürftig wirkt. Außerdem war die Musik der Nachbarn an zwei Abende etwas laut, was aber nicht weiter ins Gewicht gefallen ist.

Le scale ,sono ripide e veramente strette x arrivare al 2 piano con bagalio al seguito ,sempre rumoroso x via che e situato su una strada ad alto traffico ,il retro dell'appartamento non commento.

The host is extremely kind. The location is quite convenient, in the historic centre.

Casa pulitissima, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort. Alida ci ha accolti prendendosi cura di tutte le nostre esigenze. Ci ha anche fornito preziosissime indicazioni su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. La casa è in una posizione perfetta a due passi dalla cattedrale. Molto soddisfatti!

Despite the location near the historic center, it is important to say that the apartment needs repairs, such as the refrigerator, the toilet seat and the shower box. The television does not have access to the streaming service. It's impossible to park the car, there are never parking spaces. The neighborhood and the building are not pleasant. Quiet is rare. The water engine makes a lot of noise in the room. The kitchen is sufferingly equipped and the sofa very uncomfortable. Access to the apartment is by a very narrow staircase, with shoes, garbage and dirt. We did not feel well or safe.

The apartment was very well appointed and close to all the sights. Alida’s son Francesco handed us the keys and gave us some great advice. Lots of little touches in the apartment were very appreciated. Thank you Alida and Francesco

This is our second time staying here. Efficient layout, we found it perfect for our needs. Good size modern apartment with balcony off the bedroom, kitchen with everything you need. Host left us a complimentary bottle of wine. Living room area with second balcony. Good water pressure in the shower. Black out shutters on both balconys, helps keep the noise and sun out in the morning. Close to the center short walk to everything. Some cooler nights in March central heating worked very well. Washing machine with option to hang cloths out the bedroom balcony worked out well. Would recommend staying here, and I hope to go back one day. Location gives you an authentic Sicilian experience.
