The location was awesome. The apartment is within walking distance of Umhlanga Beach and Oceans Mall, as well as numerous upmarket restaurants and clubs.

The towels should be changed daily.

The apartment was very clean and fresh smelling. The lady who cleaned every day was very friendly and came in at mid morning which was very convenient. Location excellent.Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach.

The 2 flights of stairs was a bit difficult with heavy luggage but the security guard offered to help. Also when it rained the steps were slippery so had to be very careful

Cleanliness and close proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Please include complimentary tea and coffee for a nice welcome gesture.

Convenient -- easy walk down to the beach and to the shops

Air conditioner in the back bedroom inclined to be temperamental, otherwise everything was excellent.

The place was clean with a modern kitchen. Rooms are nice and spacious for a family of 4. It's close to the beach and the rest of the umhlanga centre. It's a great location!

We stayed over the holidays and were charged a cleaning fee but the cleaners only came once. We weren't informed that they wouldn't come because it's holidays.
