Stjepan si è dimostrato un proprietario premuroso e disponibile. La casa è ben ristrutturata, curata e confortevole. Decisamente sopra la media. Luka è un piccolo villaggio dall'atmosfera rilassante e tranquilla, animata dalla vita dei pochi vacanzieri e soprattutto dei suoi abitanti, tutti molto cordiali. Anche la posizione, circa al centro dell'isola, è strategica per visitare tutta l'"isola lunga" da nord a sud.

Unica nota: sarebbe stato utile per poter aprire la finestra sul tetto nel bagno al piano basso, sopra la doccia, che rimane irraggiungibile senza eventualmente una scala.

Die nette Begrüßung das wunderschöne saubere Haus das Haus ist wirklich mit Liebe eingerichtet es fällt an nichts wir haben es sehr genossen und werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Es ist auch eine sehr ruhige Lage .

The house is exceptional, very well equipped, with two bathrooms and a lovely little terrace. It offers all that you need for a great holiday. It is situated in a quiet little village of Luka (it has one little grocerie store, one or two restaurants and a coffee shop). There is plenty of on street parking. The host is great and very helpfull. This house is a great starting point for exploring the rest of this beautiful island, would definitely recommend!

Izjemno lep apartma z dušo in vsemi potrebščinami, ki jih potrebuješ. Gostitelji so prijazni in vam nudijo obilo informacij. Izkušnja bivanja v ozki ulici brez direktnega dostopa z avtomobilom.

This is a second time we stayed in Luka, which is a small village, yet having places such as a local grocery shop and few restaurants/ cafes. The holiday home is amazing, very spacious, tastefully decorated, well equipped, quiet, clean. There are all amenities for cooking and space for both a couple or a family. Two bathrooms is also a big bonus. The hosts speak perfect English and are very helpful, flexible, welcoming and friendly. Staying there was so relaxing. We felt like at home. Given the quality of service, and unique character of the house, it wasn't overpriced either.

Everything was fantastic. I would wish for a washing machine but it was possible to wash small items in the sink and dry outside. Be aware that free parking is 1 min walk from the house. The host helped us to load/ upload the car, which was very nice.
