Very comfortable bed and excellent shower.

We arrived after a five hour journey, tired and wanting to be left alone and she insisted on showing us everything while I was busting to use the toilet. I was also made to feel bad for being a smoker and told that I should NOT go out and have a smoke before bed, as it would make the bed smell! This exchange made me feel very uncomfortable from the get go. They claim to have a balcony in the king room. It is not a balcony it is a railing across a patio door. This was a big disappointment as I had specifically booked this place because it had a balcony. Also the bathroom floor had not been swept let alone washed.
