*URBAN HOME*- A Terrace Garden Studio Unit

Clean Room,clean Kitchen,clean bathroom.. kindly go and stay there.

Location is not excellent..but it's ok for stay.beacuse of cleaning system...

The room was situated at the topmost floor with a beautiful setting at the terrace just like a penthouse. The room was decently good and was quite aesthetic with an attached kitchen which was partitioned so well. The kitchen had all the necessary items including a mini refrigerator and all other required items used on a daily basis for kitchen chores. The kitchen was so well maintained and cleaned which impressively good. The bathroom was clean as well.

Just like how positive I was about the cleanliness of the room, I also had few grievances. First of all the water purifier barely even works. Secondly the electricity goes off from time to time. I couldn’t work on my laptop since I couldn’t charge it. Also, the wifi signals are extremely poor. And most importantly what disappointed me was the behaviour of the staff when we checked in and the same staff’s behaviour when we checked out. First of all they called us repeatedly at around 10.30 to check out by 11.30. I made the bookings on booking.com and the checkout time was mentioned at exactly 12 pm . But they made us leave anyhow by 11. We had to pack as soon as possible. Another thing was I asked for the staff’s help to get my suitcase down the stairs since he did he himself carried my stuff upstairs when I checked in. What amused me was the actions performed by them during check in and check out were literally unparalleled. But after multiple request and phone calls , he brought it down the stairs.
