Two Rivers Cabins - The Dell

The serenity of the property. It was a short trip so we didn't use many of the amenities provided, but we highly recommend this property. The hosts were very nice and helpful. They were in contact via phone calls and texts immediately after booking and the days prior to arrival. They met us at the driveway and led us to the cabin since a shallow river had to be crossed and the driveway was very steep. They were available during the stay for any questions or issues. The town center of Brevard was a short 12 mile drive for restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, etc. We did several hikes that were within a 30-45 min drive.

You do need a 4WD vehicle. They make this known in all their communications. I have an AWD SUV but we chose to bring our truck and are so glad we did! The water was up to the running boards, so a 4WD truck or Jeep is needed not only to cross the river but to get up the driveway.

This was a wonderful little cabin, nestled tightly into the woods. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were super nice and very welcoming.

The only thing that was a little bit of a letdown was it seemed to us that the cabin was going to be on the river, but it’s quite a bit of distance from the river We still had a great time we had just hoped to be on a river

Carl and Lois were fantastic. Their hidden gem was the perfect getaway for us. They met and guided us through their beautiful property. My husband and I chose to sleep in the little loft area. It felt like we were in a tree house up there. We will definitely be back.

I was a bit uneasy about driving through the river to get to the cabin, but we came in and out all weekend with no issues. I'm just a city girl getting used to country living. My husband and friends weren't bothered at all.

This was a gorgeous property - so relaxing and nice. The couple who runs it is impeccable. It’s very close to a lot and at the same time, very well hidden. I wish we’d been able to stay longer.

It was quiet, quaint, clean, and it was a perfect location.

Seclusion

the owners were amazing and all the little touches to make our stay special were appreciated from the welcome sign, to the gifts for the girls, the assistance crossing the river due to high rain , the local recommendations and the willingness to assist at any time, the whole experience was amazing and we will be back
