Spacious House in Federay Way, WA - Close to everything!

Hyvä tilava omakotitalo. Tarvitsee auton liikkumiseen. Ruokapaikkoihin ja kauppoihin n.2 mailia. 3 makuuhuonetta ja riittävät keittiötarvikkeet. Hyvin tilaa 6:lle. TV - huone ja leikkihuone lapsille. Vaatimaton sisäpiha ja terassa kahdella tuolilla ja pikkupöydällä. Kätevä ajaa ilmaiseen park and ride pysäköintitaloon ja jatkaa Link1 linjan junalla Seattlen keskustaan. Edestakainen päivälippu 6$. Siisti ja helppo kulkea.

2 1/2 baths is a must with a family. Parking was awesome, plenty of street parking plus covered carport area nearer to houses back door. Home was very spacious and full of natural light.

No basic seasonings in kitchen: like salt/pepper, sugar. Some homes even have some kind of oil & vinegar. I did leave salt/pepper, coffee and maple syrup for future guests. There were no garbage receptacles in the bedrooms which would be a suggestion to get. Only one box of facial tissues for the whole house. The skillets are very warped. There are no casserole size baking dishes. It would be nice to have containers with lids for storing leftovers. No directions on using the tv’s available for us novice older users that need help. One of the remote controls didn’t have a cover for the batteries so it wouldn’t work. I tried new batteries but that didn’t solve the issue. Not enough wash cloths. The showers need a good cleaning of the grout. There is orangish mold growing in spots in both of them. In the extra room with the crib in it the floor by the bathroom door is squishy like it is weak and going to fall through. It’s a very odd and uncomfortable feeling. I wish there were a few more comfortable chairs available in the tv room.

The house had everything that was needed. Well equipped and clean. Overall a good experience. The house had nice plants and flowers outside and a nice little deck.

The top rooms were a bit hot to sleep in even with the fans provided and couldn't open the window as the netting was broken. The bed in my room broke on the side I was on probably loose screws.

Clean house Large and private enough even for family traveling together No wifi...only missing detail

Not having access to wifi. Since part of our family was visiting from other country and could use wifi for calls and internet usage

Great place! Modern and clean with everything we needed. Will definitely book again.
