Parking space confusion Was called after stay to be told I broke stove which I never used

We got trapped at the airport and got this room and we’re allowed in within the hour. It was a nice surprise to be so nice with the unexpected extra days in Florida. We would love to come back to this property and stay for the full vacation. Beds, room, kitchen were amazing with a very nice balcony.

When I arrived, the parking space that I had been assigned was being occupied by another guest. I called the person in charge and he told me that I could park in another room number. The next day I continued having problems with the parking. I called the person in charge again and he didn't. solved the problem, for this reason I had to leave the hotel at 11:30 at night, I was with my wife and my 4-year-old son, it was a very unpleasant experience because a very strong argument broke out. The hotel cannot give you or sell extra parking if you don't have enough space

Property was in a perfect location. So close to the boardwalk, nice swimming pool and balcony was nice

Only 1 parking spot. Don’t stay here if you have more than 1 vehicle. You will end up paying hundreds in parking. Also, cleaning people only speak Spanish so very difficult

Location location location and Amparo and Ronald were so sweet and helpful
