El chico de la recepción fue encantador. El sitio era limpio, fresco y disponía de una terraza donde poder pasar el rato fresquito.

Ubicación perfecta al lado de todo el centro de Marrakech, habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. El baño compartido se mantiene limpio a diario. Mohamed es muy amable e hizo nuestra estancia super cómoda

Una maravilla desde el primer minuto. Mohamed y Tayeb un encanto de personas, amables y muy serviciales. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente ya que mi madre se puso mala de la barriga y Tayeb nos atendió enseguida quedándose incluso con ella mientras yo iba a la farmacia. Luego volvió a venir para ver como seguía. Un encanto de personas y el riad muy cuidado, muy limpio y muy tranquilo. Nos llevamos un buen recuerdo de este lugar y de sus personas a cargo. Sois excelentes personas, volveremos seguro.

"Un problema può diventare un'opportunità!"

C'è stato un problema di overbooking ma Tayeb ci ha subito trovato una soluzione e ci ha accompagnati nella nuova struttura (senza ovviamente pagare). Per scusarsi dell'accaduto ci ha offerto del tè e abbiamo passato una bellissima serata! Gentilezza e disponibilità garantita! Il servizio di navetta aeroportuale è stato preciso e affidabile (non scontato per esperienza). Ci torneremo!
