This property was very clean and nicely decorated, with plenty of hot water. The location is central and close to everything. It is reasonably priced.

The property is located down a narrow alleyway which is difficult to find. I had no bad experiences walking there during my stay, but as a solo female traveller I only walked this during the daytime and wouldn't feel safe walking it at night. It rained heavily during my stay and it was quite cold. I was also sick, and I requested a heater to make my stay comfortable. My request was completely ignored by the owner. If the weather is warm and you're a man or group then this property is probably fine for you. However given the total lack of response and consideration from the owner I can't recommend this property based on my experience.

Small place, few guests, so in general was quiet at night. Room was quite large. Good hot water in the shower. Communal area was clean. Definition of "passable" but not great for the price.

I like a firm mattress but this was the hardest mattress I have ever slept on. It was so hard I slept on top of the two heavy blankets and inside my sleeping bag. Room was very cold, even by marrakesh standards. Room was painted white but walls were stained. I have been in smaller rooms in other riads but this one had less light and felt more like a prison cell. Not a cosy feeling. When I paid the taxes to the guy 80dh for 3 nights, he said he didn't have 20dh change to give me and that he would give me later. Of course, I never saw him again. Location is OK for me but if you arrive at night and don't know marrakesh it could be very complicated to find and get your bearings, it's down a maze of lanes. Honestly I think it's better to choose a proper riad to get the authentic marrakesh experience, this place is cold and lacks any charm in design or personality.

It is a beautiful hotel, the shower was really hot which was nice since it was very cold in Marrakech when we were there. The owner is very helpful, we booked all our tours with him for a good price. Communication was perfect, fast replies and helpful whenever needed.

Since it can be very hot in the summer, the rooms weren’t very well isolated for the cold of december, but luckily there were enough blankets so in the bed we weren’t cold.

muchísimo ruido de noche, no pudimos dormir. camas incómodas. no nos dieron toallas. no hay posibilidad de dejar tus cosas despues del check out con seguridad (tienes que dejarlas en la habitacion abierta).
