Tür zur Terasse war undicht,es hat gezogen.Bei 12 Grad,konnte man die Heizung nicht anschalten .Die Couch war durch gesessen.Die Bettwäsche nicht mehr weiss,gelblich u.dünn

"Die Wohnung hätte in diesem Stadium der Bauarbeiten noch nicht vermietet werden dürfen!"

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist einzigartig.

In dem Haus waren Umbauarbeiten in vollem Gange. Die Flure waren mit Planen ausgelegt, der Aufzug gegen Schäden mit Holzplatten verschalt. Direkt neben dem Eingang zur Ferienwohnung war eine Bautür, wo die Handwerker ein- und ausgingen. An den Werktagen war im ganzen Haus Baulärm zu hören, z.B. Bohren und Stemmen. Der Hausflur war mit Bauschmutz übersät und am Eingang lagerten die Zementsäcke und anderes Baumaterial. Wir erwarten Ihre Rückmeldung.
