El apartamento es muy amplio y confortable, el balcón está muy bien orientado para que te dé la sombra todo el día y al estar en un 5º de altura corre mucho aire fresco.

Para mi gusto el sofá no es nada cómodo al no tener apoyabrazos y es de dos plazas también creo que le faltaría un A/C o ventiladores de techo en las habitaciones para el verano porque creo que debe de hacer calor como es normal en verano y aunque nosotros no lo echamos en falta debido a que fuimos a mediados de septiembre sería perfecto si lo tuviera pero por lo demás está genial

La ubicación es lo único que merece la pena

Falta de menaje, atasco en ducha, una terraza sucia, no hay ni ventiladores ni A/C, no hay ensaladeras, ni manteles. Caro para lo que ofrece. Desperfectos en las barandillas.
