Downtown home + bay views + seafood market

It was very close to the Blue Wahoos stadium, Joe Patti’s, and downtown making it fun to walk and enjoy the surroundings. It was well appointed with kitchen utensils and appliances, spacious closets, comfortable beds, great washer and dryer, and the bathrooms for each bedroom were pristine. Made it feel like home.

Was already made aware located right on the main street drag so accepted and got used to the loud street noise. May not be for everyone due to this. Know that master bedroom is located up 17 stairs so may not be physically possible for some.

The location is absolutely amazing! So close to the cutest little downtown area. Walking distance to a great playground and The Pensacola Blue Wahoos Stadium. A beautiful short drive to beach. It is spacious and love the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. All the bedrooms are a decent size, which is so nice.

Not all the way clean—the fridge was disgusting, and one of the bathrooms had a drawer full of nasty stuff. It also didn’t have enough supplies. I had to buy trash bags and paper towels because there was only a few. A couple things that could make it better: -TVs in all the bedrooms -handheld shower heads or ones with better pressure so you can get all the sand off of you from the beach -more beach items, such as, better chairs, a nice tent, a cooler

I’m not a typical Pensacola traveler as I lived here for years and went to college at UWF. The property is super conveniently located! It had all the amenities we needed for a week long stay and we got to hit all the hot spots I remembered.

Awesome house. Very clean and high standard equipment. Has everything you need. The location is fantastic to go downtown for drinks or dinner. Also easy access to the bridge leading to Pensacola Beach. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely recommend!
