The bed was uncomfortable and the shower tiny. There was black mold on the shower ceiling.

The location is fantastic, slap bang in the centre of town, great amenities around with a partial view of the river from our room. The communication with hotel staff has been absolutely excellent prior and during our stay and a real asset to the establishment. The restaurant downstairs, is an unexpected treat, quirky decor, great atmosphere and great service all add to the overall good feeling of the hotel. Our room is spacious and most of all very clean. A big TV and thoughtful touches including bith USB and USB-C charging ports on both sides of the bed make it a very comfortable stay. The bathroom is of a reasonable size with a shower over bath. A great shower is had with lots of hot water and excellent water pressure. We raised a concern on our first evening which was immediately rectified the following morning. I happened to lose my passport on a stairwell, it was handed in and the hotel reception got in touch with me immediately. This saved a lot of worry and stress as they contacted me before I realised the passport was missing. We would recommend to anyone and would stay again.

One pillow on each side of the bed for us was not enough. We raised this and it was rectified immediately. FANTASTIC service and attention to guests.

Bed was not comfortable, very noise at night so not soundproof, room was dirty. Saw blood stain on duvet

Lovely room. Beautifully decorated. Parking nearby, at the Park and Ride, is cheap and convenient. Short 30 minute walk into Oxford. I did have a problem during the stay (these things happen), but the way it was handled was exemplary. Highly recommend.
