Location is the only thing to love about this place, but it cannot compensate for the displeasure of dealing with the owner that is rude and takes no responsibility for his actions.

Do not book this place unless you love the feeling of sleeping in an ash tray. I booked a non-smoking room, but the room i was put in smelled of cigarettes so bad it was impossible to stay there. The owner told me the previous guests smoked in this room, but the room was still non-smoking the way he sees it. Both rooms he has reek of smoke, and no amount of airing can fix this. The owner however sees no problem in it and refused to refund me for the non-smoking room he didn't have. We ended up having to book another place that was so much nicer for the same price, and it's disgusting that someone can conduct business in this irresponsible manner and get away with this. I hope Booking.com customer service will take measures though

Very nice and cozy apartment, well furnished from IKEA with almost everything (except probably a coffee maker). Spacious rooms. Unique sea view and friendly host. Good internet is available on place. The apartment is on the beach street with many restaurants with tasty food in the vicinity. One of the most popular bars in the area is just in the next building, so if you're traveling to party all night long and in 3 mins to be in your bed - that's your place to stay. HOWEVER......

...if you want a calm vacation, so you can get some rest and sleep - avoid this place. The music from the bar underneath is too loud and you cannot sleep - one of the nights, the party was up until 6 o'clock in the morning, the next one "only" until 2 a.m. - screenshots from the sound meter from my phone are attached. The "master bedroom" is not door-separated from the main room so if you're a group and want some privacy - it's not possible. The bed in that bedroom is squeaking on every move you make.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa INTERMEZZO 11 during the off-season in April. Our host was incredibly nice and responsive, making us feel very welcome. As a family of four, we found the room to be plenty spacious for our needs. The highlight was definitely the exceptional view directly at the beach from the balcony – absolutely stunning and exactly as pictured! It was so lovely to sit out there and enjoy the peaceful sea breeze. The location is great, with lots of bars and restaurants in the direct neighborhood. However, as we stayed in April, many of the bars were closed, and the area felt quite quiet. This was perfect for us as we were looking for a relaxing break, but it's something to keep in mind if you're visiting during the off-season and are looking for a more lively atmosphere. The bar directly below the facility plays music until around midnight on weekdays and later on weekends. While there are soundproof windows, if you prefer to sleep with the balcony doors open in the summer, this could potentially be noisy. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this accommodation, especially if you're visiting in the off-season and appreciate a quieter location with an amazing view and a lovely host!

Great location and apartment design

A beautiful apartment that offers comfort and peace with its modern interior in soft dark colors. It is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant holiday. There are two wonderful large terraces which pleased both us and our dog and and the larger one offers a spectacular view of the sunrises, sunsets and night lights of Thessaloniki. The bed is comfortable and there are plenty of pillows and duvets, so you can choose the ones that are right for you. Wifi is fast and good even for work if you need it. The flat is very well located in the middle of a long promenade from Perea to Agia Triada and next to many cafes, restaurants, bakeries, shops and Friday farmers market. Check-in and communication are easy and reliable. The host is a very kind, warm-hearted person and ready to support you in any situation. We recommend this accomodation.
