Great location, apartment had everything we needed.

No heat and temperature remained 60° (15°C-16° C ) for the entire stay. They ignored me for 17 hours, then sent someone to "fix" it. I later let them know that it didnt heat up past a degree or 2 and they said they didnt know what was wrong with it. Later they said they would refund some of my payment but they never have.

Great location nestled in the old town, easy to get around to the beaches, cathedrals, restaurants. Nice touch with cookies and drinks/coffee provided upon check in. Good lighting and airflow with the windows and balcony doors that it didn't feel hot in the place during my stay (early June). WiFi connection was great throughout the apartment (when power was running) allowing for remote work without issues. Power knocked out twice one night, I suspect due to the heavy rainfall but it was up and running again in VERY quickly so not disruptive. The apartment had emergency lights that would turn on when the power knocked out.

Construction nearby that would start in the morning and some neighbours talking loudly while on their balconies located near the main bedroom late at night (not ideal for early risers). Could get noisy if you have the windows open for airflow to manage the heat.

This apartment was well located in the old town of Monopoli,with a small balcony overlooking the vico. The kitchen was well equipped,the bathroom was big enough,and the bedroom was spacious too. Despite there being several neighbours,it was the most quiet place I stayed at in Puglia. The host kindly met me and explained how everything worked.

Great location and very clean and cozy apartment. Has everything you need and you get plenty of daylight (compared to other places I stayed at in Puglia) You get value for money here.

Did not have a good WiFi connection.
