New and modern apartments in villa, near City Center M36

Apartment is quite nice and spacious. Everything is new, modern and clean. It's nicely organized and reasonably equipped. Location (except one temporary issue) is quite nice and everything is reasonably close. I'm really satisfied and I enjoyed staying in this apartment.

There are really no a lot of negatives. The biggest one is that currently street is under construction (according to google street view it's like that for a while), so access to apartment is bad, it also leads to that it's very difficult to find nearby parking. I had to wait for a while for space to become available and it was in the mud next to construction. I understand that's out of owners control, but apartment building has big yard behind, so it would be easily fixable if owner gave us remote for the gate. Other small negative is that kitchen could have a little bit more of basic things, like pots, cutlery and such.
