Świetna lokalizacja, przestronne mieszkanie, bardzo ładny taras balkonowy. Pod mieszkaniem przy ulicy wiele piekarni cafeterii czy miejsc na wypicie wina

Prysznic na gas wymaga odpowiedniego nastawienia nie od razu będzie ciepła woda. Po prawej stronie od balkonu jest inne mieszkanie, więc sąsiad widzi wszystko bez zasłaniania; brak światła słonecznego w mieszkaniu.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do Górnego Miasta ale też super położenie w Dolnym Mieście. Apartament przestronny, czyściutko, ciekawy wystrój.

Brak ekspresu do kawy, brak czajnika. Nie można wejść do apartamentu ani minuty wcześniej a doba zaczyna się dopiero o 15.00.
