Perfect location, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the area. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a stunning and modern bathroom. The charming balcony was a lovely addition, offering a cozy spot to relax. Contact with the apartment's caretaker was quick and efficient, which was helpful.

The entrance to the apartment operates with a code on the door handle, which is not the easiest method. There was no kettle provided, and we were advised to boil water in a large pot. For coffee, there was only a Moka pot available. Typically, apartments offer basic amenities like tea, coffee, and sugar—even just for an initial cup—but this apartment lacked these essentials. To locate the cutlery, we had to contact the apartment's caretaker. Throughout the apartment, extra towels, bedding, and cleaning supplies for the housekeeping team were stored in various places. This gave the impression of being in a storage room rather than a welcoming living space.

This was a beautiful apartment with an amazing location. The hostess was very helpful. We would definitely stay in this beautiful spot again!

The apartment is very nice, clean, new, convenient location

It took altogether 4 hours in 2 attampts to get inside the building. The host opened finaly the door remotedly, we left our lagguage inside and went out. When we got back it was not possible to open the house door with the Welock app. again. The host did not answer the phone, communicatted only Whatsapp in Italian repeating that I had all the necessary information. After 4 hours he sent help and the issue was resolved by using mobile phone of my grandson where the Welock worked. My 8 year old grandson was very brave to cope with the situations, however it was very frustrating. The host should have sent the help immediately and not let us stand in the street in front of the house fo such a long time!!! He changed is attitude when I said I called Booking.com and if no help comes I will call the police. I called Booking.com support - they promissed to solve the issue and call back which they did not.

Digital check in pretty confusing and tricky otherwise very nice apartment.

It was well located, cozy and clean. Big apartment.

Too much app dependant because the entrance to aparment is managed electronically by an app. I prefer keys.

Only location is good!

There isn't any kettle in the kitchen. There is a gas heater combi inside the room and it makes a lot of noise it is impossible to sleep well. Check-in was a big problem. They are sending you a code video you do everything they do but the door never opens. They sent us another code but it didn't work again. This time not video a written code. We tried the code severeal times but it didn't work again. Finally we could enter the room after an hour with using cellphone app. This was the easiest way. The place provides its safety but ruins your day!
