"Great location, spacious but noisy."

Within walking distance of the train station, shopping and dining precinct and walkable to the marina. Generous sized apartment with modern decor and an outdoor patio area.

Noise from other occupants in the building. Noise from the apartment directly above, and occupants slamming the main front door to the building. Locks were a bit temperamental at times. Other issue was lack of bench space in bathroom to place toiletries, etc., also lack of places to place things like handbags, chargers, etc. items had to be placed on the floor. Although apartment looks great, some aspects are not very practical.

"Superb"

10.0

Very light accommodation. Lovely terras with flowers. The apartment is close to the center of la Spezia as well as the train station. Very convenient for trips to cinque terre.

The only thing missing is a washing machine.

"Super stay"

The appartment is super new and well equipped. The location is perfect and a 2 min walk to the city center. It has lots of space

It was a bit noisy (but I guess that it's just every building in La Spezia). There are also no blinding curtains (only a hatch on the outside) so it gets a bit light in the morning.
