Casa molto bella e arredata benissimo, dotata di ogni comfort, compreso garage.. posizione tranquilla lontana dal traffico e silenziosa..il proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile

The area is large, and each room has an air conditioner. There is a courtyard where you can gather with friends.

It's a semi-basement room with poor ventilation. There is no washing machine, iron, mugs, or kettle. The courtyard is large and enclosed, with palm trees, agaves, olive trees, etc. However, all the windows have a "wall-view" view.
