Stunning Modern Home in Tampa with Pool - Just 5 Minutes from Airport!

I slept comfortably, it was quiet, it was clean and smelled good.

The only complaint…no fans in the bathrooms lol.

Loved it! Sonny the manager was so nice and pleasant. Had a great stay.

Beautiful and everything we needed, although very last minute everything clean and prepared

The location was fantastic. Inside was very clean on the whole. Lovely Greek aesthetic to the house.

We had a few roaches in the en suite bathroom and no bug spray provided so we had to kill these ourselves. No kettle in the kitchen? The beds were falling apart at the bottom. The parking situation was a bit strange as there was another car and bike parked in the property too. There were clothes/pillows in the washing machine which we wanted to use so this wasn’t ideal either.

I liked the kitchen set up with the propane stove and very nice layout for the kitchen and living room entertainment center is very basic, location when it comes to being close to things is great

Some things me and my group didn’t like was that there was 1 camper on each side of the house, and on one side just so happens 2 of the rooms have windows right where the people in the camper hang out and u can hear them and they walked into the pool area and tried to open our sliding glass door. Water heater upper thermostat was cranked all the way up to its max which is very unsafe and can cause burning. One of the showers didnt drain/slow drained.

Great location price and person capacity

Two people came to my door asking if I was the host, so there must be a communication problem. I sent messages and sometimes the reply took a while. The oven seemed to be malfunctioning and soot seemed to be coating the inside of the oven and a black soot was on the food I cooked. Had to throw the food out. You could wipe the soot onto your finger from the inside of the oven door

I liked the fact that the host was very responsive. Sonny is amazing and welcomed us with open arms. He was very hospitable and friendly. The house was amazing and the decor was so beautiful. The area had lots of things within 10 minutes of it and it was very close to the airport.

The only issues I had were the shower in the hall bathroom didn’t drain while using the shower so the water would rise as you shower and the outdoor lights didn’t work at night which the host advised was due to the storm, when I made him aware of the situation he was a bit sarcastic and replied, not sure if you heard but there was hurricane that caused some damage. Which I had already been in communication with him prior to our stay to make sure that the house was still ok and he made me aware that the power was out. I wasn’t trying to offend him I was just letting him know in case he wasn’t aware due to him living in a different state. All in all I don’t have any complaints other than what I listed above.
