ITVicino all'autostrada, prezzo basso, a piedi si arriva ad un buon ristorante sul lago , nella natura, letto comodo. Perfetto per un utenza non esigente .
Per noi non è stato un problema ma essendo una casa rustica con rivestimento in Pietra, qualche ragno c'era.Per arrivare alla stanza si passa in una zona comune che potrebbe essere abitata.

CZThis place is perfect for spending one night, but not longer, because is a one room in living house. You have separate bedroom and next to is bathroom. You have own keys from house - if you go to the dinner or just outside. Owner is kind. Everything was clean and you have own private, but I cannot imagine longer stay - you want bigger privacy 😊 Big plus is near to the Florencie, so if you travel around Italy, and need one night stand, this is good place to be.
There is a very strong cigarret smoke inside the house. Owner has only paravan to separete his living part house from rental part.
RSThe location and the check-in/out hours are very convenient.
The accommodation is actually shared with the owner of the house who sleeps either in the room beside or the ground floor. The bathroom is also shared with the owner to which he didn't go when we were there. The bedsheets were not clean, but upon asking the owner, we obtained the clean ones (he told us that he doesn't provide them). I wish all these things were stated in the accommodation description.
