Trinity Stay 2

It's basic, but clean, and is close to the town centre. The bed is comfortable. The shared kitchen and bathroom are adequate. Staff are friendly and responsive to enquiries. A burned-out light bulb was fixed the same day.

This gets a 6 rating because of the check-in process. The host gave no information on checking in before arrival. The map on the Booking site is wrong. Google Maps also takes you to a Circle K. The flat is at the opposite end of Trinity St at George St, across from the Fairgreen pub. From contacting staff on our arrival to getting the keys dropped off took more than an hour. That was frustrating and unnecessary. They should fix the map and get a lockbox.

Absolutely terrible there were people in the other room when we were told the apartment if that's what u call it was to ourselves, all the windows had boards on them like you wouldn't even think the house was lived In, looks terrible from outside, took 1 hour to find as it was so run down looking i didn't think it was the house, not recommended for the money terrible experience

Spotlessly clean and well furnished

Parking options are either on the busy street or on the very narrow entrance ramp on to the property. The shower was lovely and hot but no pressure.

We couldn't find the accommodation from the address given. The agent found us somewhere else to stay as there was a problem with the electrics.
