FRVery spacious and clean apartment. Also quite fresh despite the hot weather as it was on the ground floor. The host was very friendly and prepared an amazing breakfast for us.
For us, the location was perfect because we were by bike. But the apartment is not at walking distance from the city centre of Castelfiorentino

CAMy amazing and professional hostess was like a caring friend. My room, all the facilities of the suite, and the services that were outlined in the Booking.com site were outstanding. As I was planning my walk/trip on the Via Francigena, I knew ahead of time that I would either walk or take a taxi from the train station to A casa di Bice. My hostess stepped forward and picked me up! A casa di Bice was a haven for this hiker who was battling a cold and needed a restful and peaceful stay. With gratitude, Barbara
PLEverything was excellent.
AURecently renovated apartment at the ground floor. Well organised and with all comforts. Luckily we were the only guests in the bnb otherwise we would have to share the tiny bathroom. Very lovely and friendly owner with a beautiful dog Bice!
The front shutter had a faulty key and I was stuck inside for a few minutes until the lovely owner rescued me. There aren't any toiletries provided and I did found an empty plastic bottle under the bed and a pair of used man's socks in the bathroom. Other than those little definitely improvable things the rest was perfect.
