Incredible experience! Spacious and very clean accommodation. The pool was closed for maintenance but it didn't matter as we were just there to sleep before catching the boat early the next morning. The owner kept our big bags safely in his house for 3 days. He is an exceptional person. Many thanks again.

Good TV channels and great breakfast provided every morning. Cooking facilities were satisfactory.

The dining table and chairs were wobbly. Needs replacement for sure.

Very clean, good AC, Laundry machine, TV with all the streamings, good shower, Nice breakfast. So far one of the best place we’ve been in Ásia .

I liked it all

This accommodation is for renting a common apartment house. It's like an Airbnb. It was great for me to stay overnight on my own. Good room conditioning, convenience store at the entrance, outdoor swimming pool, excellent security. Basic cooking utensils are provided, and there is also a microwave. Especially in the Philippines, noisy window air conditioners are common, but this place is equipped with quiet wall-mounted air conditioners. It's perfect for a simple stay, alone or with just the two of us.

Breakfast is served with a sausage and two mash potatoes very simply by delivery, so if you want a generous breakfast, you need to prepare it personally. It is a little far from various tourist points, restaurants, and shopping districts because it is a common apartment house. However, since I made a reservation with knowledge of these things in advance, it is a little unreasonable to say that they are a disadvantage. However, it should be noted that there is a lot of noise between floors. Of course, this is not the host's fault, but the construction company that built it.

Location and the pool not having bed chairs or any area to lay down and relax.

Nice stay even we only stayed for a short time. We like that it's convenient, has good facilities, and there's a nice view at the balcony. Also the host was very helpful
