The apartment is in a basement, and there is a strong smell of mold. The paint on the walls is peeling, and the baseboards on the floor are also peeling.

excellent location, close to the city center and excellent transport infrastructure. the owner is very sociable, checked us in at 3 am, he was the only one who was able to meet at such an early hour. the apartment is fully equipped for a full life

since the apartment is in the basement and the windows face the street it can be noisy in the evening and in the morning. and one of the rooms does not have air conditioning, so it can be stuffy in hot weather, but there is a dehumidifier which partially helps with this.

The house is a semi-basement and there is a lot of dampness and a smell of dampness. The house is right next to the street, there is car and pedestrian noise inside the house all day and night. The entrance to the apartment is very neglected and dirty. I saw cockroaches outside the apartment at night. The bed is very uncomfortable, it shakes a lot and the mattress is broken, I never slept well. Those who stayed before should have written these, then I would not have rented it. I am sorry but I have to write these.

Floor plan was good, apartment equipped with everything you need, location very good.

Bed and mattress need to be changed, really and uncomfortable.

The entrance is not good... dark and dirty. Mattress on bed too small and thin. Not good to sleep in This is a block of apartments with many bells outside and no particular sign for this apartment. Myself and Taxi had to wait and call the owner.
