The double bed is quite comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the soundproofing is good. It is easy to find an apartment.

We didn't like it because the walls were dirty everywhere, they needed painting, the chairs in the room were dirty, the bed linen was synthetic and electrified. The bathroom door handle creaks. For three people there were two towels for the face and one large one, there was no towel for the feet. Yes, the price is not high, but previous reviews do not reflect reality. The sofa bed has strange stains.
