The apartment is very lovely, very comfortable, it has everything you need and was perfect for us (a group of 3). Having a washing machine was very helpful because we stayed for a whole week. The apartment is on the 5th floor with nice view from the balcony, with the elevator the place was very accessible for my mother who is 77 :) The location was just perfect, and very central, right next to Agia Sofia, with lots of stores, cafes, taverns and anything you might need. Highly recommended and I will be happy to stay there again.

We didn't have hot water the first night we arrived because the boiler was turned off and we were too tired to figure it out on our own. I'm sure it was by mistake and that with some attention this can be prevented for future guests.

Well equipped & nicely furnished apartment. Excellent location, walking distance to many good cafes, bakeries & restaurants.

The apartment is by the main Agnathia road, so you can hear the noise of cars especially if you open the windows

Stan je na dobroj lokaciji u centru grada. Izolacija odlicna tako da buka od spolja uopste ne remeti boravak. Stan je odlicno opremljen,moderan,cist. Terasa duz celog stana.Klima dovoljna da rashladi ceo stan.

Sve nam se dopalo jedino nema parkinga,ali i u tome su nam pomogli vlasnici i preporucili parking garazu.

Dear Booking.com Customer Service, We stayed at "Tinker Bell by halu! : Colorful family apt" between 7 August 2025 and 14 August 2025, booked through your platform. Unfortunately, our stay was far from what was advertised and expected, causing us significant discomfort and disappointment. 1. Air conditioning: The listing did not mention that there was only one air conditioning unit in the living room and no units in the bedrooms. This forced us to sleep with the doors open to cope with the extreme August heat, compromising our privacy. 2. Elevator out of service for several days: On 8 August 2025, we returned to the apartment and found that the elevator was out of order, despite the listing clearly stating that there was an elevator. We had to climb six floors (including a mezzanine) multiple times a day in the intense heat until it was repaired on 11 August 2025 – three days later – even though we were told it would be fixed immediately. This was physically exhausting and had a major negative impact on our holiday. 3. Key incident and unfair charge: On 12 August 2025, after leaving the apartment, we realized we had accidentally left the key inside the lock. We informed the management company one hour in advance of our return, as requested, but upon arrival, we were left waiting on the street for 50 minutes for a locksmith. The locksmith opened the door in less than a minute but charged us €30 in cash without providing any receipt. The management company did not offer to cover this cost, even though the matter could have been resolved much more quickly and efficiently. Summary: Our holiday was significantly affected by conditions that did not match the listing, a prolonged elevator outage, and an unfair additional charge. Given the above, I kindly request appropriate financial compensation for the disruption, inconvenience, and distress caused during our stay. I look forward to your prompt response.
