"Nous savons pas comment l’appartement était du coup"

Personne nous a repondu a la réservation nous rester dehors avec le petit de 18h a 23h pour le joindre il n’a jamais repondu au téléphone ni au message nous du prendre une au réservation sache que c est non remboursé donc j ai fait tou les chose possible établissement et service client a ce jour personne ne répond très déçu j espère que je vais pas être débité

Que les personnes ne donne pas de réponse en sachant que c est non remboursable et d’être resté sans reponse de l’établissement et du service booking une honte
