"Went to Philly, and the room was perfect for our needs"

More spacious than we anticipated. Large TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. The bed was comfy and large. Kitchen utensils and a hair dryer are included. AC units worked great. The location was advantageous to downtown Philly. The landlord was very communicative!

We had dishes we wanted to wash, but there was no soap or sponge to wash the forks we used. The clothes iron was rusty and sprayed orange-y, rusty water and could have ruined our clothes (we went to Philly for a wedding, so that would have been bad). I ended up cleaning out the clothes iron to remove the rust and rusty/ sediment-heavy water (which didn't take long but took me ~20 minutes)

Convenient location to the people and places I wanted to see. Easy access and clear, timely communication by the property mangers. The space was bright, clean and airy. I could live in a space like that!

It’s not a criticism, just a suggestion: a lamp or two in each room would be a welcome relief from the overhead lights

It was amazing, so cozy & warm. Everything was clean. The bathroom was lovely. Very nice bed. Will definitely come back soon !!

Location is excellent. The rooms were larger than I expected and very comfortable. Lots of storage space.

The lack of parking is difficult. There is a lot across the street which is convenient but the cost will add up for a longer stay. It would be nice if they negotiated a lower price for renters. But you can find free street parking if you are willing to walk a few blocks.

Great location! Easy access to the apartment. Included all the amenities you could need. Great value for an extended stay. Perfect location to visit all the attractions and a safe walking distance to everything.
