"Looks Can Be Deceiving"

5.0

The only thing we liked was the pool. It was in a good area close to everything. It was a unique floor plan.

The place was falling apart. The downstairs smelled so bad it was hard to breathe—like chemicals or pest control. The only one who stayed down there was my mother-in-law, and only because she couldn’t manage the stairs. We couldn’t open the windows to air it out since they had no screens, and one even had a hole in it. Upstairs, the beds were uncomfortable, the dryer took forever, and the dishwasher barely worked. One of the bedrooms had stairs leading down, but they were too damaged to use—dangerous and falling apart, just like the railing. For the amount we were charged, I expected a much better space. It was small, rundown, and in need of repairs.
