Modern 3-Bedroom villa, 3 Parking Spaces, WiFi

We had a truly wonderful stay at this homestay. The location was perfect — just a short walk to Sainsbury’s and a halal fish & chips shop, which was a huge plus. The bus stop is only a few minutes away, making it very easy to get around. There's also huge parking space. The house itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The shower worked perfectly, and there were plenty of towels provided. I was also impressed by the high-quality toiletries — hand wash, body wash, and shampoo were all thoughtfully supplied. Washing machine works well too. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, and there was even a clear guest manual that made things super easy to understand. Fans were provided, which was great for the warmer weather. I also loved the beautiful decor, and the patio and backyard were a lovely bonus for relaxing. Highly recommended — We’d definitely return again!

Property size was good. There were 5 of us, and there was ample room. Location was good as we were travelling from Midlands and London. Handy to have Sainsburys next door, and pubs walkable. Bathrooms were nice, and clean.

The outside space let it down. It was a baking hot weekend so we wanted to be outside but there were only 2 chairs, and it looked untidy - cigarette butts on the floor, patio needed wedding, grass needed cutting, and you're sat with the rubbish bins. Single bed in twin room was uncomfortable, could feel springs. Freezer was not working.

Large house and spacious.

Cold rooms; boiler breaking down with no hot water on last day.

The property was in a very convenient location, close to a supermarket market so anytime we needed something we didn’t worry about driving around to find a shop. Our flight was early morning but the initial check in time was later in the afternoon. The host was lenient with us checking in early free of charge. The setup of the house was nice and cozy with a huge parking lot. Surprised it was as seen in the picture. The host was also nice to equip all the bathrooms with body wash soap and hair conditioner. All in all the our stay was amazing and if we are to come back, we would definitely get the house again

Close to the road, so a friend that used the sofa bed complained of the car lights disturbing him in the night, but that is understandable and didn’t make our stay less fun.

With a large driveway located at the front of the property, off-street parking is available.

I am not one to leave reviews, however, I am keen for others to not waste their money on this property until improvements have been made. Despite how the images look on the website, the general state of repair/condition and cleanliness of the property is poor given the amount that you pay for one night. The renovation has been done poorly with embarrassing short cuts being taken. At a cost of £313 for one night, I would have expected: • Blinds that were not broken allowing light into the bedroom, preventing sleep. • Floors to be cleaned thoroughly (I wish I took a picture of the bottom of my socks). • Never ending cobwebs to have been removed. • A thermostat that worked (and matched the ‘Handbook/Manual’ to prevent the property being stone cold upon arrival. • Damaged furniture to have been replaced. • Mould around windows to have been cleaned. • Sofas to not be covered in stains/crumbs. • The overwhelming and lingering smell of fried food to have attempted to be addressed. • Workers to not be banging and crashing as they completed works on the garage. Sitting on the main road through Kidlington, the noise of the traffic is evident. I do acknowledge and appreciate that the thermostat issue was resolved following a telephone call with the owner.

Great location for Blenheim Palace, Bicester, and Oxford which is where we spent the weekend. Comfortable beds, lovely facilities, and parking.

Slightly difficult to find - we drove past it - but nothing major!
