Perfect for a group of friends, easy access to the beach, lots of beds

Fridge leaked, drainage in the twin bedroom was not very good

The location is nice. The view of the water not the sand, can only be seen from the top floor. Beachview is very deceiving. The sheets and towels are provided by an outside company and were clean.

The house was very old and beat up. You walk in to broken furniture, damaged walls, damaged refrigerator and missing or broken window coverings. The entire house needs to be repainted. Every bathroom needs new tile as the mold had been caulked over. I have many more pictures to share.

Very close to the boardwalk and all the maintenance guys that showed up were very nice. Also the manager or owner responded fast when I needed her.

Beds were hard and uncomfortable, one was broke. Kitchen had hardly anything to cook with. Elevator was broke so I had to put my parents on the first floor because of medical conditions. Apartment had no Cleaning supplies. Ice maker was broke in the refrigerator. Lamps were broke or had no cover. Kitchen chair and table should be replaced. Only two televisions worked. Kitchen sink was leaking. Apartment should be updated and painted and hire a better cleaning service. No balcony furniture. Too two floors ac was not working. They did bring window ones but they didn’t help much.

I loved that there were bathrooms in every bedroom and plenty of beds so everyone could spread out and have their own space. This will be our go-to spot when visiting Ocean City for now on.

The top floor was pretty hot. It has its own air conditioner, but it didn't work very well at all, so no one wanted to be up there.

Location to the beach and boardwalk.

Dirty floors when we got there. We swept them ourselves. Bedding smelled like they were not washed. Beds very uncomfortable. Kitchen was not really considered fully equipped. (Crank can opener that did not work seemed like from the 70’s ). Washed dishes before using because they looked dirty. Garbage disposal stunk really bad. Not enough garbage bags. Top floor air conditioning did not work. Cockroaches were found around the kitchen.

It was very spacious

There was a stain on the 1st floor bedroom in the doublebed bedroom that looked like menstrual blood. . We carried the stained Mattress to the fourth floor and switched it out. The fourth floor bedroom ceiling is falling apart. There were dirty pots and pans and a roach in the refigerater.

Ants in the unit, roaches roaming outside the unit, no blankets on site, only two rolls of toilet paper given for a unit with 5 bathrooms

There were multiple good things about the property including the location, the size of the property and the amount of beds for guest.

Although there were good things about the property unfortunately they were overshadowed by the bad. The pull out bed on the first floor was broken and had to be pseudo fixed before guest used it. Additionally, there was no cleaning supplies so it was difficult to keep the floor clean as we are very close to the beach. The 2nd floor outlets did not work outside of the one outlet in the bathroom. The 3rd floor toilet has a delayed flushing issue, and mold on the door. Also, when opening the window, it falls inward and does not have a mechanism to keep it in place. The 4th floor ceiling is open, and the door handle on the shower is broken. Also there is not many additional towels or toiletries for the guest even when more is requested.
