host was wonderful, couldnt ask for better , left me free water and alcohol, beach towels and when i left even gave me a free gift which was very seeet. recommend

When we arrived we were welcomed very well, the lady is very friendly and the apartment is very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped! and they lent us things to go to the sea! we will definitely return

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a delightful and spacious apartment hosted by a kind and welcoming landlady. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the airy layout and tasteful decor of the apartment. The hostess went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, providing thoughtful touches and making me feel right at home. The apartment was immaculately clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant experience. Every room was thoughtfully furnished with modern amenities, making it a joy to relax and unwind after a long day. The open layout of the living area allowed for plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I appreciated the peaceful ambiance of the neighborhood, which added to the serenity of my stay. The hostess was incredibly accommodating and responsive to any inquiries or requests I had during my time there. Overall, my experience in this lovely apartment was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.))) La Casa Di Mia was the most perfect 10 day stay for my partner and I. I cannot fault the owners Roberta and Mario, they were the kindest souls and ensured my partner and I had everything we need, the entire stay. The apartment was absolutely spotless and was equipped with everything you would need for a 10 day trip, including all products for washing and cleaning, including the washing machine. Roberta changed our sheets and provided us with new towels half way through. Roberta even provided a beach bag with a couple of inflatables, two beach chairs and a parasol for us to use which was extremely helpful and saved us money. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! A few snacks were provided for when we arrived, condiments available for our stay and a bottle of local wine that I had requested prior to arriving, which tasted superb. The apartment is in a perfect location, roughly a 25 minute walk or 8 minute bus journey from the marina and centre of Cagliari. The buses come extremely regularly and very simple to use (hop on hop off) but the walk is a lovely walk with a few cafés and pizzerias along the way. There is a SPAR supermarket a 3 min walk away from the apartment which was ideal for when we wanted to cook at home. Roberta and Mario really personalised this trip for us and offered to drive my partner and I up the mountain that is next to the property and the views were breathtaking. We spent around 1.5-2 hours with them on an evening sight seeing the top viewpoints in Cagliari and we got to see places we probably would not have, due to not having a car, and we are so appreciative of this as the views and the sunset was beautiful. As well as this, Roberta offered to drop us to the coach station early one morning so we could get the coach to Chia for the day and even offered to pick us up on our return. We would 100% recommend La Casa Di Mia to any couple that is visiting Cagliari.

The flat is bright, cosy and fully accessorised. It is rare to find such a good host like Roberta: she is really nice and knows how to welcome you! In the fridge she left us more than expected and gave us some coffe pods for the machine in the living room. The flat is outside the main city centre but in a few min by car we were able to reach the parking in viale Regina Elena and we often found a parking in the ZTL when possible. La casa di Mia is highly recommended if you have a car and in case you want to go to the beach Roberta can also lend you the umbrella and chairs!!!! If in Cagliari soon we will certainly stay at La casa di Mia again!

Apartment was fully equipped you do not need to bring anything to kitchen for cooking just your favorite ingredience :) and awesome property owner give you even umbrella and towels for beach. Owner drived us to car rental company. I mean the owner took care about our all comfort. You have dishwasher and washing machine just for your self. Place was quite and pretty close to beach and downtown of Cagliari. All up to 5 minute driving. You can park there. You have air condition for free. You have terrace. This is one of the best place to stay for holiday even for a long tíme. It is super clean and high hygiene standard. Owner is polite and want to help with everything. We stayed there 8 days and will return.
