Good position nicely decorated. Stairs a bit steep for a elderly person nice balcony

Cooking facilities all over the place. Only two toilet rolls for 8 days. Only one set of towels in need of two sets for 8 day stay owner did not bring to me even though I asked . I had trouble with the door to apartment it sticks owner just said never had a problem before like its my problem

Location and size

Our recent stay was a tale of two halves: a decent property + location and an extremely disappointing service from the management agency, which unfortunately ruined the experience. We must formally express our extreme disappointment with the service we received from the agency. This was particularly frustrating as our previous booking with them provided a wonderful service, including delivered breakfast, which set a high expectation for this stay. Here are the key issues we faced: Persistent WiFi Problems: Despite confirming with the agency before booking that the internet was a necessity for our disabled child, we had absolutely no WiFi for the last several days of our stay at all and very poor internet with lots of troubleshooting involving the rest of the time. The landlord had attempted to fix this but it wasn’t successful, the rest of the time they just kept telling us that they were waiting for the technician to get back to them on this issue, but as you can imagine - we didn’t see that technician… We repeatedly attempted to fix it by reloading the modem, but the connection never worked. This was a critical failure in service, made even more frustrating as I was unwell and confined to bed, unable to even watch TV. Poor Communication & Unresponsiveness: The agency was quick to demand an outstanding parking payment but remained completely silent on our multiple reports about the WiFi issues. The communication was also poorly planned; we received departure instructions at 9:08 PM and were told to wait until 10:00 AM for key collection,they even didn’t bother to actually discuss our plans to depart as early as we could: our planned 6:00 AM departure for a long journey. Broken Promises: We were promised a discount from our last booking, but this was never honored at the time of our reservation. This lack of follow-through has made it very difficult to trust their service and their word.

The location was perfect, right in the old city. Parking is available on the street using EasyPark app. September to May about $10 a day, summer is more. The host offered parking at the port for $10 as well. The apartment is very clean. The bedroom window has a port view and the kitchen is a cathedral square view.

Although the apartment has a kitchen, there is no kettle and pots so we couldn’t use it. There is a coffee machine though, refrigerator dishwasher and cloth washer.
