Coastal Retreat by TPA & Stadium

The house was very cozy for my family of 5. We were in town for my cousin's graduation from the University of Tampa so it was the perfect location due to the short distance. The house was clean, well organized, and the host was easy to get in touch with. The house looks exactly like the pictures.

We would've loved if there was an iron to go along with the iron board. Also, it would have been nice to know that there was another property behind the house and we may see people/someone outside the house. Last night my sister was startled because she happened to look out the window and she saw a lady standing outside the window, they made eye contact and the lady walked towards the back of the house. She felt a little uneasy after that. The next morning when we checked out, we saw this same lady come from the other side of the house and that is when we put two and two together that there is another property in the back. Not a huge deal but a heads up would've been nice.

Very nice 3 bed 1 bath house with outdoor seating area and off street parking in drive right in front. The location was great for us as we were there for a game at the stadium, which is very close. Kitchen was well equipped and rooms and beds were comfortable. Great shower and nice amenities and plenty of towels in bathroom.

Just a cross the street the naibor was very noisy with his motorcycle Saturday night and Sunday morning.

Great help in the hurricane situation made me feel safe
