Basketball Platz war bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt und voller Laub und Zweige.

We liked the nature on the premises and the river that goes by. There is a nice frog pond also with snakes and a fish. The apartment was ok.

We are a family with 4 kids. The two youngest 1 and 3. They took €80 from our €300 deposit because "they had to clean more bedsheats and towels than normal". They did not tell us this before comming, its not written anywhere and they do charge an extra €140 for 2 kids... (€70pr kid) so they should make better cleaning calculations beforehand. During our stay we experienced - Power outages - Wifi outages (outside of the power outages. Several pr day) - The apartment itself has some lack of maintnance, neglect and showing of age. 1. The door handle to the balconydoor had a missing screw so it was swinging and getting in between the doors so the closing of it was very annoying. The lock didnt work either 2. The countertop needed oil/laquer 3. The ovens timer function didnt work to turn counterclockwise, so it had to stay ON until the timer went out. 4. Mold in bathroom roof by window 5. Mold on bathtub edge. 6. Cats making sounds during nights/morning, woke us up on occations, begging for food. Two cats. One white/ginger. The other white/black. 7. Broken curtain upon arrival, hanging on a thin thread and then owners wanted to charge us for it after our stay. Main building. I had a look into the open window on the other side of the building (Floor -1). I saw a bathroom full of rat feces, and I mean FULL. The outside buildings had a look of neglect. Roofs being undone. In the tennis court the net hang broken, the basketball hoop was to high even for NBA standards. In the pictures it looked great, unusable in reality. So if you are 5+ or so, you roll the dice on they will charge you extra cleaning fee. Good luck! First and only time we will stay at a Cubos

Wat niet. De omgeving was echt prachtig (net zoals de foto's). Mooi onderhouden en veel groen! Zwembad was echt heel fijn en leuk voor de kinderen (maar ook voor papa's). Het appartement was ook helemaal naar onze verwachting.

De bedden en kussens verdienen echt meer liefde, veel slechte nachten en pijn in het lijf. Gelukkig zijn wij nog een jong gezin die wat makkelijker herstellen van een slechte nacht. Bedbodems kraakten enorm, wat het in slaapbrengen van jonge kinderen soms lastig maakte. (Als een ninja de kamer uit ging zeker niet geruisloos) Ook het bereik van de wifi voor de babyfoon was onvoldoende, je kon niet lekker bij het zwembad liggen met de babyfoon ernaast.
