1. Windows of the apartment overlook the railway track, so it were 2 worst night of our vacation. 2. While booking something goes wrong and app booked two nights instead one night (it was the same day booking) I call them after 5 min money was payed. And management didn’t want rebook for one night and didn’t want to cancel booking. Up to their rules. So I contact Booking.con support and they sent request to rebook my booking for one night or cancel. Management categorically refuses to rebook or refound. 3. Customer service of this company was super unpolite! they were aggressive and unpleasant
LTPrice. Apartments space. Cleanless. Conditioning. Spacy balcon. Good tv program. Good window isolation. Nearby was the train line, but the noise did not bother us.
Lack of clear instructions about the house rules. Wifi code we needed to ask support staff, very "italian" instruction how to go to the place. No numbers on the doors. When according the instructions we went out of elevator and turn to the left and tried to unlock the door, the keys did not match the lock:) our apartments were on the right not on the left. Thanks God the owner of "left" apartment did not call the police:) Small problems with electricity, when you turn on several kitchen equipment at one time, the electricity shut down:( Of course these are little things, and overall everything was very good.
