"It was a great stay considering the cost."

Property does not provide breakfast

Just a few things, fan need to be fixed to the wall or provide air conditioner , remote controls for TVs are not always available. Otherwise Grace Villas is a great place to be. Stayed for almost a week there. Give you a feeling of being home.

The staff was not available when needed, the room was not cleaned the whole 5 days towels were not changed and there was no toilet papers I have to use my own money to buy toilet papers. I called the staff but they’ve never attended the issue. The TV was not working we also reported that but it was never attended.

What I did not like is the accusation that we break plates and Microwave. How? but we did not use anything from the Kitchen vicinity except a glass of water.
