I book it 8pm, couldn't get an answer from the staff and instructions to get in until 11pm. Was frustrating not being able to get in, but place is very good, definitely recomendable.

No WiFi Air Con didn’t work which was disappointing as it was very wet and cold Oven had no instructions so couldn’t cook Apartment key to room was a nightmare to use. Never sure if you would get back into apartment after being out Owner very difficult to contact only wanted to communicate via WhatsApp but we only had messages via Booking. Com He ignored our calls

We stayed two nights at this wonderful little apartment with easy access to the old town, which is just across the road. The Duomo is a five minute walk away, a perfect location. The building is newly and stylishly renovated, the apartment is very elegantly furnished with a really good rain shower in the bathroom. There is a charming little balcony with a nice view. The checkin was very easy and communication with the host was perfect. A great place to stay in Como for a couple or solo traveller. Highly recommended.

Fantastic clean modern apartment. Had all of the amenities needed including washing macchine, fast internet and kitchen. Nicely decorated. Fantastic stay! Would recommend to anyone.
Nothing- great stay. Wish I’d booked for longer!
