"Disappointing lack of communication, no entry gained."

Nothing. Could not access the property, no communication from host. No entry gained. Plans cancelled, day was ruined, had to return home.

Everything. No communication from host at all. Sat outside property, until I had no choice but to return home.

The standard of the property was excellent and the appliances and fittings appeared brand new [ especially the ensuite and bathroom]. Everything was good quality and the additional extras of tea and coffee and other bits and pieces was much appreciated. It was easy to find and I really liked having off street parking. It is very good for 4 people and at a push you could have 3 couples.

Nothing really. Not sure if you could pull up the blinds easily but then we didnt need to [ and this is trifling matter in the winter]

The place was clean, tidy and comfortable. The hosts communication was good. Access was easy on check in day.

A little bit further from restaurants than we expected but only about 15 minutes drive into city centre. So no problem and it would not stop us returning.
