The apartment had everything I could want and more. Perfect location, free parking, also that living complex is very inviting

I would like to say that I liked the bed, if it wasn’t dirty and full of somebody else’s hair and perfume. 💀

1. ZERO support from the owner: We arrived to find no warm water or heating in the apartment—this is during winter, with the room temperature at around 15°C. I contacted the owner multiple times via Booking.com and iMessage (messages were delivered but never read), but I never received a single response. Absolutely no support throughout our stay. 2. PARKING IS A SCAM: The listing falsely claims there is private parking. The owner instructs you to park in designated spots (8, 10, 11, 12), but warns they may already be occupied. This was a major red flag. When we parked in one of these spots, the next morning, the neighbors approached us, informing us the parking spots do not belong to the apartment. They also warned we could receive a penalty ticket if we didn’t move the car. Turns out, the owner randomly assigns parking spots that don’t belong to the property and leaves guests to deal with the consequences. Parking was a nightmare throughout our stay. 3. DIRTY AND UNBEARABLY SMELLY: The apartment was filthy and smelled awful. Air fresheners were placed in an attempt to mask the odor, but they only made the room smell like a perfumed, unclean toilet. The entire experience was disgusting

It can and should be much cleaner! Sheets did not look clean and changed after previous guests. There were hairs on the pillows. I understand that the price is not high, but still there are minimum hygiene standards that must be observed. The place smells of cigarette smoke and is quite humid as it is on an underground floor with small windows. If they improve the hygiene and remove the smell it could become a good value for money option for a night or two.

The host is kind and accommodating. The Room was clean and was everything I need for the stay It is a very good location in the center. Very recommended will be back again. ☺️

Although the room is in a basement, this is not mentioned anywhere. There was an odd smell due to the humidity. Although there was a dehumidifier, the smell was persistent. One window did not have the blind. We had to put pillows to prevent others from seeing the room. Bed: it is not comfortable at all. It is very old I think because it makes this cracky sound even with a slight move on it. The remote control for the AC was not working. We had to plug in and plug out to start and to turn off the AC each time. The room is small and it is difficult to move in.
