A Haven of Luxury by the Sea

Die Wohnung liegt optimal in zweiter Reihe von Flic en Flec. Zum Strand und zu den vielen Lokalen ist es nicht weit, aber es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Balkon. Auf der Dachterrasse, die für alle nutzbar ist, kann man super den Sonnenuntergang bei einem Glas Wein beobachten.

Ein größerer Tisch auf dem Balkon wäre schön und die Klimageräte sind etwas laut.

Schöne Wohnung an super Lage. Zu Fuss nur 5 Minuten an den Flic en Flac Public Beach. Zu Fuss ca. 15 Minuten in den Supermarkt Carefour. Haus ist in Wohngegend. Restaurants auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Mega Aussicht von Dachterrasse. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.

Das Bett ist etwas hart. Die Wohnküche ist nicht so ideal mobiliert, so dass kaum Platz bleibt, um sich zu bewegen. Leider wird überall gebaut, daher tagsüber immer Baulärm.

Nous avons trouvé un appartement hyper équipé, même dans le moindre details. Il devrait servir de référence pour toute les locations en terme d'équipements. Tout l'electromenager est à dispo et en execelent état. Le necessaire pour cuisiner aussi. La salle de bain avec eau chaude impec( produits en bonne quantite) L'appart est à quelques minutes de la plage (Serviettes de plages fournies le top, même un équipement de snorkling, Plein de poissons sur le nord de la plage). Petite terrasse appreciable et rooftop à 360° partagé immense). Parking couvert surveillé, le top. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

This unit is neat and well-equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. There is a security guard at the entrance to the building / parking area so once you are inside it feels safe.

The biggest issue for me was the location. It is 3 streets back from the coastal road which doesn’t sound like a lot but makes a huge difference in terms of the amount of litter, strong smells, potholes and general maintenance. There are also no street lights in the surrounding streets. I was travelling alone and did not feel comfortable walking back to the apartment block at night. In the apartment, the plumbing was not great - the toilet did not flush well and the shower took a while to drain. Also the apartment could have done with an airing as it smelled a little musty / of mothballs when I arrived.

Great facilities for cooking - the kitchen was equipped with multiple pots, pans, knives and other utensils. The bed was nicely large and both the air conditioning and the washing machine worked well.

We were notified by the host (before our arrival) that there might be a bad smell coming from the kitchen sink, due to to dried water in the pipes. Sadly there was indeed a foul smell and there was nothing we could do about it. The smell was was a put-off during meal times, as the dining table is right next to the sink.

Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, dallo zucchero all'olio. Mobilio moderno e nuovo, terrazzino con vetrata e vista stupenda Al sesto piano c'è un terrazzo con una vista mare e tramonto spettacolare!

La strada di fronte è asfaltata male ma l'appartamento è talmente confortevole che si può oltrepassare

Appartement ultra équipé et sécurisé avec des cadeaux à l'arrivée. Parking sous terrain avec gardien 24h /24h. À 5mn à pied de la belle plage de flic en flac et des restaurants. Propriétaires adorables, nous avons perdu les clefs de la location, ils ont fait 2h aller retours de route dans la soirée pour nous dépanner. Encore un grand merci ! C'était parfait.
