"Problemi nel check in"

Al momento della reception sono stata "accolta" dal proprietario che ha risposto seccato al citofono dopo 10 minuti, in canottiera mi ha fatto entrare dopo avere appurato che avessi già pagato. Successivamente ha chiamato la moglie al telefono (colei che si è occupata della prenotazione) gridando a telefono che doveva fare tutto lui.
