Rooms are clean Staff is friendly Location is close to the tunnel Have a supermarket Thanks to the hotel kitchen staff, especially especially Paula who makes great omelete and pastry chef Yasser who makes great creme brulee

The staff from The reception by Mahmoud to the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff snd chefs. They made the difference. They were all amazing.

Music was to loud. Queues at dinner at the weekend.

My recent stay at Vintro Inn exceeded expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality—always attentive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The manager personally greeted us and surprised our family with complimentary horseback riding vouchers, which set the tone for a memorable visit. As occupancy was low during our stay, the manager thoughtfully offered us private family time in the indoor heated pool. This gesture created one of the most enjoyable and relaxing experiences we’ve had together. The food was another highlight: delicious, high-quality, and consistently well-prepared. Dining at the inn felt like a treat each day. The aqua park was good, The overall experience—from the personalized service to the thoughtful extras—made this one of our best family getaways. Vintro Inn combines warmth, quality, and genuine care, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a family-friendly retreat.

Aqua and beach are good for kids

Hygiene is poor in this hotel. They don’t clean their rooms and restaurants properly.. we found trashes and biscuits under the bed , also the resturant tables is not cleaned properly after each guest.. I didn’t even see them use any cleaning sprays like Detol or Alcohol or Clorox .. they use farida freshener spray in cleaning tables and floors!! We have waited a lot in check-in as there is no sufficient number of receptionist also no-one helped us in carrying our bags.

First of all the beach isn’t sandy Staff wasn’t so helpful they make me ask for any thing several times before do it Adult Pool is so small
